SO REASONABLY PRICED YOU WILL NOT BELIEVE IT. This mobile home sits on a dead end cul-de-sac. Nice back yard space to enjoy and room to plant a garden. There has been a work room addition (10X20) added onto the mobile home. Addition had a duralast roof put on approx 6-7 years ago. Addition has a wood work-table that will stay. It also has a tool bench, a wash sink, toilet and shower. These have had water ran to them in the past but are not currently being used. Water would need to be hooked back up. Shelves in the laundry room stay, dresser in the living room stays. Kitchen refrigerator needs a part to work, it can stay or go. The side by side refrigerator in the addition will stay. The Vice on the work bench will not stay.
