Enjoy living in lovely Libertyville near Independence Grove! This cute condo needs some work but basically is in very nice condition. The seller gutted the master bath in anticipation of putting a new one in but never got it done. Very pretty kitchen with white cabs and all appliances included. It is situated on the 3rd floor with a vaulted ceiling which adds natural light to the rooms. Great views of the courtyard!
