In response to many of you, today - Jan 19 - we have uploaded 3 renderings of the kitchen plus drawings. It will give you a very good idea of how the kitchen will look like. The actual kitchen should be ready the very first few days of February (check back for updates). Kitchen cabinets will be white; however, if perspective buyers submit an offer in time and prefer different kitchen cabinet colors, the options are gray or espresso. The project includes new hardwood flooring on main level and 2nd floor, and waterproof vinyl in the finished basement. Heating vents were added to the sunroom. Buyers can choose finishes such as paint colors, stains, light fixtures and etc. Project will be completed by the end of Feb 2021. All pictures, except for the first/front photo, 3 kitchen rendering and kitchen drawings are representative of other projects completed by the same builder. Buyers can borrow ideas from those or bring their own.
