The idea behind listing this home before it is complete is to allow perspective buyers customize the home from foundation dimensions to layout, size and locations of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, office and etc. Buyers can also choose finishes such as light fixtures, interior paint colors, stains, siding colors and etc. Listing or co-listing agent can answer additional questions on the project.
