Best of both world here... a newer affordable home with the amenities of a single family home, small but with additional parking space and a finished basement with a half a bath and space for a shower, it is very accommodating! With newer laminate floor in the first floor it is easy to keep clean; The enclosed porch is awesome to start the day enjoying a coffee and the beautiful views of the back yard or the evenings without having to a meal for mosquitos. Not having to pay an association or mess with it is awesome as well.
