Very sharp home with a great price. Updated kitchen with all newer appliances. Windows are only four years new and the roof was redone in 2002. Living room and bedrooms all have hardwood floors and kitchen has pergo. A very nice location with a fenced yard. Enjoy the summer evenings on the screened porch. Low maintenance exterior. Nothing not to like in this family friendly home.
