In 2018:Licensed plumbers installed new sewer line from the home to the main in November of 2018. New shingles installed on the home and garage, new central air, exterior and interior painting completed,new kitchen counter top installed,new dead bolt locks, updated bath, new carpeting through out. The bedrooms have large CEDAR lined closets. One bedroom has two of them. The original 1949 woodwork through out is in very good condition. In the basement a 24'x15' area has previously been used by other owners as a rec room. The basement is dry . There is a very good half bath in the basement.
