Short sale sold as is. But "as-is" is very nice. Seller's son has made constant upgrades. Nice little neighborhood and you won't have to do anything but move in. It's better than a model. Seller behind the 8-ball due to an adjustable rate mortgage but there is nothing "distressed" physically about this one. Come see for yourself.
