Don't rule this house out because it is worth the look. House is in need of update but it is solid. Roof was a tear off about 5-6 years ago. Central air was put in about 10 years ago. Sump pump has a battery back up. Dishwasher is "as is" (may just need a new hose). There is painted tiles in the basement. The bathroom has a tub but no shower. There is a shower in the basement.
