Over the years the enclosed front and enclosed back porches have been added to the interior heated space, thus increasing the GA to 1136. The front porch is now an entry way and the back porch holds the washer and dryer. The living room is large and there is room in the kitchen for a dining table. The condition of the garage is no great but there is room for 2 vehicles with an opening to the alley at the rear of the property.
