Rt 251 South, Tonica, IL 61370

Heavily wooded, zoned agriculture, 55.33 acre tree farm in southwest portion of Tonica. It lies on the west side of Rte 251 and is generally bisected by North 19th Rd. The northern section is in city limits. The southern part lies just outside the city limits. The trees represent the basic crop of the former tree nursery. A portion of the northeast corner of the property appears to lie in a designated flood zone. The wetland map indicates that the portion of the property within Bailey Creek, containing 1.66 acres represents Riverine Wetland. The land also contains 2 older residences and a series of both large & small storage structures.
