Built in 1911, Transportation Building once housed several printing companies. Designed by Fred V. Prather, it was converted to a rental building in 1980 and in 1996 became a condo building with mixed use commercial space on the first floor. The 294 loft-style units feature a variety of floor plans including a formal entry, high ceilings, hardwood flooring, a kitchen with granite counter tops and modern appliances, formal dining area, master suite with connecting bathroom, in-unit washer and dryer, large closet spaces.
